Exclusive professional services partner to Boomband

Six practices. One implementation.

Consulting through to managed operations, delivered by the people who scoped it. Everything below is a service you can buy on its own or as part of a full implementation.

01

Consulting and advisory

Requisition segmentation, signal strategy, and the operating model that replaces post and pray. We tell you which roles stay public and which go quiet before a line of code is written.

02

System implementation

Standing Boomband up inside a live enterprise without pausing hiring. Environment build, configuration, data migration, cutover, and a rollback path you never have to use.

03

API and technical integration

Workday, SAP, Oracle, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, your data warehouse. Bidirectional sync, identity resolution, event streaming, and a contract test suite so a vendor release never breaks you without warning.

04

Credentials and verification

Verifiable credentials, issuer integrations, and zero trust identity checks. A claim becomes a signal only once something outside the candidate has vouched for it.

  • Issuer onboarding
  • Liveness and IDV

05

Internal mobility

Every employee carries a dossier. Before a requisition ever reaches the market, leadership can see who inside the building already has the skill, the record and the appetite for it.

06

RPO and managed operations

Sourcing pods running inside the Arena, building verified slates rather than filling a queue. Measured on cost per verified signal, not cost per click.

01 · Consulting and advisory

Decide what stays public before you build anything.

The cheapest change is the one made on a whiteboard. This practice exists so the implementation encodes a decision you have already agreed rather than a habit nobody examined.

Requisition segmentation
Every open role is sorted into one of three tracks: public signal roles that stay posted for volume and brand, quiet external searches that are never posted at all, and internal first roles that go to the mobility marketplace before they reach the market.
Signal strategy
We define what counts as evidence in your organisation. Code commits, published work, awards, delivered projects, verified credentials. The definition is what makes a slate defensible later.
Operating model
Approval chains, service levels, escalation, and who owns a decision. Written down, agreed, and then encoded into the system rather than left as convention.
Inclusion safeguards
A quiet slate without a mandated diversity audit reinforces existing networks. We build the audit into the workflow, and we make the criteria for internal consideration visible to every employee.
02 · System implementation

Go live without pausing hiring.

An enterprise cannot stop recruiting for a quarter while a platform lands. Everything here is designed around that constraint.

Environment build
Development, staging and production, configured to match, with access controls that survive an audit.
Data migration
Records, history and account state moved with reconciliation at both ends. Nothing is considered migrated until the counts and the balances agree.
Cutover
Sequenced so hiring never stops. Parallel running where it earns its cost, a hard switch where it does not.
Rollback
Written before cutover, tested before cutover. The plan you never have to use is the one that lets you go on a Tuesday instead of a bank holiday.
Hypercare
A defined window after go live with named people, a response time, and a daily log you can read.
03, 04 and 05

Three practices with a page of their own.

Integration, credentials and internal mobility carry the most technical weight, so each has its own detail rather than a summary paragraph.

03

API and technical integration

Identity resolution across the systems you already run, with contract tests so a vendor release never breaks you without warning.

04

Credentials and verification

Zero trust identity, issuer integrations and an audit trail that turns a claim into a signal.

05

Internal mobility

A dossier for every employee, so the first place a requisition looks is inside the building.

06 · RPO and managed operations

Build slates, do not fill queues.

Running sourcing inside the Arena rather than against a job board changes what the team is optimising for, so it changes what we report.

Quiet sourcing
Direct approach, alumni activation and targeted headhunting for roles that are never posted. Precision and security rather than volume.
Slate construction
A slate is built, not collected. Every candidate on it carries evidence, and the slate is audited for diversity before it goes to a hiring manager.
Agentic AI Implementation
Autonomous agents inside the workflow doing the routine work: enrichment, deduplication, scheduling, nudges. Overnight and at weekends, without a human clicking start.
Reporting
Measured on cost per verified signal and time to productivity, not cost per hire and time to fill. The old metrics reward volume, which is the thing you are trying to stop producing.
How we work

You always know what is being built and why.

Five stages, the same on every engagement. Days not months at each step, and nothing moves forward on an assumption that has not been written down.

01

Map

We list every system that holds a person record, every place a hiring decision is made, and every manual handoff between them. This is the deliverable that tends to surprise people.

02

Sequence

What lands first, what depends on what, and which integration carries the risk. You get the order and the reasoning, not just a date.

03

Build

Working software in a staging environment you can log into, early enough that a wrong assumption is cheap to correct.

04

Cut over

Migration, reconciliation, go live, and a rollback path written in advance.

05

Hand over

The code, the data, the documentation and the credentials. You own all of it. There is no version of this where you have to keep paying us to keep the lights on.

Start with the map.

Before anything gets built, you get a written view of every system holding a person record and every handoff between them. That map is useful to you whether or not we build the rest.
